Production Engineer/Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager

We are currently looking for a Production Engineer or Senior Engineer or Assistant Manager for a leading player in the E&E Manufacturing Industry with a legacy of more than 80 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role

• Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Lead and supervise operators, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality, addressing any issues swiftly.
• Manage inventory records and ensure the availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and that safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Compile and present production reports, providing updates to the management team.

the experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing engineering or any relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Candidates from E&E or Semiconductor manufacturing industry are preferred.
